We are happy to see children visiting our residents and even staying for short periods of time. However, this is an Adult Community (55+) and our policy does not allow children to be permanent residents.

Yes, pets are welcome! There is a pet policy in place. One pet per suite is allowed, provided it meets the requirements of the pet policy.

Falcon Ridge Estates is a 55+ adult community designed for active, independent seniors. 

All common areas are wheel chair accessible, however our suites are not wheelchair accessible.
