Yes, visitor parking is provided at all our buildings.
We are happy to see children visiting our residents and even staying for short periods of time. However, this is an Adult Community (55+) and our policy does not allow children to be permanent residents.
Yes, there is forced air heating and central air conditioning in all suites and common areas.
Yes, pets are welcome! There is a pet policy in place. One pet per suite is allowed, provided it meets the requirements of the pet policy.

Falcon Ridge Estates is a 55+ adult community designed for active, independent seniors. 

All common areas are wheel chair accessible, however our suites are not wheelchair accessible.
